Registration

Note that registrations will be limited to 450 attendees.

The registration fee entitles you to:

• Access to the conference rooms from Wednesday 22 January to Friday 24 January 2020
• Possibility of registering for the workshops of the satellite day on Tuesday, January 21, 2019
• Access to poster and industrial sessions
• RFMF membership if you are French-speaking.

The registration fee also includes:

• 3 lunches (lunch bags on friday)
• 1 Gala dinner
• coffee breaks

Individual fees:

*An early career is: Student (including PhD candidate) or up to 5 years after completion of last diploma. The Organising Committee will grant exception on justification (e.g. children, break in career, facility management ...etc)

Access to the conference will only be allowed after full payment of the registration fee.
The payment methods are:  Credit card, bank transfer or order form.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing (by post, fax or email) to the Congress Registration Secretariat under the following conditions:
* For any cancellation notified up to and including December 10th 2019: 50% refund of the sums paid
* For any cancellation notified from December 10th 2019 to January 1st 2020: 25% refund of the sums paid
* For any cancellation notified after January 1st 2020: no refund
